Cancellation and Refund Policy


At Supskin, we aim to provide the best possible experience with our products. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the item has been delivered. However, cancellations can be processed before the order is shipped.


Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you can email us at hey@sup.skin with your order ID from the registered email address used for the purchase.

Cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet been shipped.

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at hey@sup.skin if:

The item is defective.

The item is damaged during transit.

You received an incorrect item.

In such cases, we will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.


Exceptions / Non-Cancellable Items

We do not accept returns or cancellations for:

Items that have already been delivered.

Sale items or gift cards.

Personalized or custom products.

Hazardous materials or flammable goods.


Refunds

Refunds are only applicable for orders cancelled prior to shipping.

Once the cancellation is confirmed, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
