Refund Policy
sup.skin hopes that you never have to cancel or return a product. At the same time, we would be there to help you whenever you do so due to certain circumstances. As a first step we are laying out our cancellation and return policy to take care of your hassles.
Order has not been shipped yet: Any order which has not been shipped can be cancelled and refunded. No refund would be offered for Cash on Delivery orders in such a scenario. If an order has been dispatched from our warehouse than it can not be cancelled.
Order was damaged when received: Your orders are packed with utmost care and to make sure that they don’t suffer any damage during transit. However, due to situations beyond our control, the items delivered might get damaged in transit. We would be more than happy to replace or refund your order under such circumstance. We would request you to let us know of the damage along with images so that we can make sure the same is not repeated with any other customer.
Incorrect items received: There are multiple checks in place in our order processing system to make sure our customers get the correct items which were ordered by them. In case you receive items that are different from the ones you ordered, we will ship the right items to you right away and collect the incorrect items from you at your convenience.
Any other reasons for cancellation or return would be handled on a case to case basis.
Please Note: We do not offer product returns once the product has been delivered. Return eligible products are to be shipped to our warehouse by the buyer and any shipping charges for the same must be borne by the buyer. Also, products offered for free or at discounted prices under various promotions and schemes are not eligible for full refund and their return would be subject to the discounted amount paid.
Refunds:
In case of refunds, the amount paid by you will get refunded to the original mode of payment within 5-7 days. In case of Cash on Delivery orders or If refund via payment gateway is not possible, our customer service team will contact you to share NEFT / RTGS details in order to process the refund.
